Gutter outlet inspection. The outlet is the lowest point of each gutter run and the most common point of blockage. Every outlet is checked, cleared, and confirmed to be flowing freely before we leave.
Fascia and soffit cleaning. The outside face of the gutters and the fascia boards behind them accumulate green algae, black streaking from overflow, and general weathering. We clean the external face of the guttering and the fascia boards as part of the service — not as an optional extra.
